All staff maintain CPR certification, complete a required 10-hour Health & Safety course, and fulfill over 10 hours of annual professional development through GaPDS.
Chanel Montgomery
Director
Chanel, has been a member of our team since 2011 and has functioned as our director since 2020. She has a larger-than-life personality that makes every child look forward to coming to school in the morning! In her 13-year tenure, Chanel has influenced thousands, helping to make Precious Possessions what it is today!
Julia Reese
Assistant Director
Julia has been a member of our team since 2021. She has functioned as a member of our leadership team since 2023. Julia loves our students like they are her own and knows each of them by name. She is the model for the level of care and compassion we expect of each of our teachers.
Grace Ridley
Instructional Coach
Grace is our Instructional Coach. As the Instructional Coach, she is working alongside of our teachers to ensure that quality learning and education is happening in each classroom every day. As we continue to reach new heights in our classrooms, Grace is leading the charge!
Star Peinado
Curriculum Coordinator
Star has been a member of our organization since 2020. In the four years that she has been a part of our organization, she has been instrumental in helping reach educational milestones with Bright From The Start and Quality Rated! In her role as a "Trainer", she is directly responsible for ensuring that every new hire we bring on to our team is equipped to care for the children that will eventually be under their care. Star is also our Lead Teacher in our two-year-old room.
