Our Story
Holly Ridley, a Whitfield County resident for over four decades, opened Precious Possessions Preschool & Daycare in Dalton, Georgia over 20 years ago. Her vision was to create an exceptionally caring and excellent childcare center for her four children to grow up in and provide the best childcare center for the children in her community. Holly's work is driven by the desire to positively impact children's lives and support families, offering a Christian-based, nurturing environment. She leads her team with servant leadership, fostering a supportive and family-like atmosphere. Her deep compassion extends beyond work, exemplified by her decision to foster a child from her daycare that needed home. Her faith in Jesus Christ is central to her life, guiding her actions and inspiring her to share grace and love with others. She finds motivation in the meaningful nature of her work and the positive influence it has on future generations.

At our daycare, the health and safety of our children are our top priorities. We are committed to providing a clean and secure environment where children can learn and grow. To ensure the well-being of every child, we conduct daily temperature checks and adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Our staff is trained in emergency procedures, and we maintain a vigilant approach to sanitation and cleanliness throughout the day.
